Company introduction Please
let me guide the HCM office of Le Phong Tourism company today.
前略
いつもお世話になっております。本日はレフォンのHCM事務所をご案内させて頂きます。
 毎日、連絡事項や注意事項など各部お互いに確認を話しながら朝礼をします。
The morning,
gathering is speaking the confirmation to each part like reports and notes,
etc. each other every day.
一階には予約・見積・デイスパッチ・キャッシャーなどおよそ２５名、二階はデザイン室・経理部・企画部でおよそ１３名、三階は社員食堂と会議室で使用しています。
1st floor,,
reservation & quotation dep also arrangement. 2nd floor,, Accountant
dep. Design Dep, Planning dep. 3rd floor is Dining room for staff
and Meeting room.
男性用の制服と女性用の制服は社員がきめました。

一件一件の予約は棚にきちんとファイリングされます。またシステムでも当日や期間中の予約内容・見積内容を支店でも確認が出来るようにLANとWEBシステムでつなげております。
The reservation
of one per one is neatly filed in the shelf. Moreover, it ties to LAN
with the WEB system so that the branch may can confirm the content of
the reservation and the content of the estimate for that day and the period
also with the system.
自社でプログラマの社員がおりますので必要な予約情報や見積もりシステムなど改善も必要なところもございますが稼動しています。

オプションパンフレットなどデザイン関係は弊社で全て処理、印刷会社に頼むだけです。

inhouse designer,so they design tour pamphlet.
カンボジア、もっともお客様の多いシェムリアップは松永がオペレーションコントロールしており手配品質は非常に高くなりました。

is controlling the operation of REP, the arrangement quality rose very

ベトナムでは深石と永井がコントロールチェックや日本語サービス窓口として動いております。
